Thursday, August 27 on Urban Forum Northwest: *Congressman James E. Clyburn (D) South Carolina-06 Congressional District was first elected in 1992, he serving his 17th term representing a congressional district that includes most of the majority-Black precincts. He is the only Democrat in South Carolina's congressional delegation. He has served as majority whip, House assistant Democratic leader. He played a pivotal role in the 2020 presidential election by endorsing Joe Biden three days before
